•July 1, 2009 • Leave a CommentWe were supposed to take pictures of the whole family, but their son ended up having plans. So…we shots a few shots of just Mom and Dad and I sneaked in a picture of their beautiful little girl. I look forward to shooting again when the whole family can come…but for now, here’s a few shots of just the two of them.
Northern Indiana Wedding | 6.27.2009 (update)
•June 29, 2009 • 4 CommentsIt was my honor to help photograph this wedding for this wonderful couple. I’ve known Doug for many years through work and I honestly never saw him as happy as I did this day. Congratulations Doug and Sheri! I wish you all the best. Here is just a sampling of their beautiful wedding.

dirty mighty mouse solution
•May 22, 2009 • Leave a CommentI don’t normally post anything to my blog unless I’m posting my photography or designs, but I thought I’d take a stroll off my normal path. I’ve run into the following problem and searched the internet high and low to find the best solution.
If any of you have owned Apple’s mighty mouse for any length of time, I’m sure you’ve noticed that the trackball gets to the point where it catches and won’t scroll anymore, rendering it practically useless in my opinion. I’ve read quite a few opinions on how to fix this, including Apple’s suggestion to wipe it with a damp lint free cloth. All that did for me was moisten the sticky scroll-less trackball. And I don’t dare try to take the thing apart. The trackball would be the least of my worries at that point.
The method that has worked for me to fix it (every time) is this: Take a plain sheet of white paper and lay it on a hard surface. Turn the might mouse upside down and roll the trackball in every direction possible, rather quickly. I do this for about a minute (or two if it’s really bad.) This seems to get all the dust and particles out of the mouse and it will work like it’s brand new. I’ve done it numerous times and it hasn’t failed me yet.
